24-Hour Delivery Plus 15-Day Customization
Buying a GHL snapshot and installing it yourself sounds simple. It’s not. Triggers don’t fire. Workflows reference missing custom fields. Calendar links 404. We handle the full installation cycle so the snapshot works on Day 1 — not Day 30 of debugging.
Twenty Things That Have to Work for the Snapshot to Function
Importing a snapshot into GHL is a 30-second action. Making the snapshot actually run in production is a multi-day configuration project.
- Snapshot import. Snapshot file imported into your GHL agency account. Sub-account created. Default settings applied.
- Custom field mapping. 50+ custom fields imported and mapped to forms, workflows, and CRM. Without proper mapping, workflows reference null values and break.
- Tag system loaded. 90+ tags imported and verified. Tag-based workflows tested for trigger reliability.
- Phone number provisioning. Twilio number provisioned. Connected to GHL. Voice AI integration tested.
- A2P 10DLC paperwork. Brand registration, campaign registration, sample messages submitted. Approval typically 2-3 weeks (we expedite).
- Calendar configuration. Each attorney’s calendar synced. Round-robin rules. Availability windows. Buffer times.
- Domain authentication. SPF, DKIM, DMARC records added to your DNS. Sender reputation warming initiated.
- Website forms embedded. Intake forms placed on your website with conditional logic and CRM mapping.
- Workflow connections verified. 50+ workflows tested individually. Trigger conditions confirmed. Action sequences validated.
- Voice AI configured. VAPI / Retell connected. Voice persona selected. Practice-area scripts loaded.
- Payment processor connected. Stripe / LawPay integration. Recurring billing configured. Trust-account compliance set up.
- Brand customization. Logo, colors, signatures, sender names. Email templates rebranded.
What Goes Wrong With Self-Installation
The most common failure mode for self-installed snapshots: workflows that look operational but skip steps in production. This is because:
- Custom field references break across import. A workflow built referencing “field_id_4329” doesn’t import correctly because IDs change. Workflow runs but action skips.
- Trigger conditions point to missing data. A trigger looking for tag “PI_intake” fires, but the tag wasn’t imported, so the action never runs.
- Calendar links don’t update. The snapshot’s booking widget points to the original creator’s calendar URL. Visitors get 404 or “calendar unavailable” errors.
- Voice AI integration breaks. The snapshot references VAPI agent IDs that don’t exist in your account. The integration silently fails.
- Email senders aren’t authenticated. Without DNS records added correctly, all outbound email goes to spam. Open rates collapse.
- Phone numbers aren’t connected. Twilio number routing references the original install. Calls don’t reach the AI.
Each issue produces a different failure mode. None is obvious until customers complain. Many self-installers spend 2–6 weeks discovering and fixing these one at a time. We catch them all at install.
Our Verification Process
After installation, we run a full operational verification:
- Place a test phone call to the AI receptionist. Verify it answers, qualifies, books.
- Submit a test web form. Verify it lands in CRM with all fields populated.
- Send a test SMS to the firm number. Verify the AI chatbot responds.
- Trigger each major workflow with test data. Verify all actions fire.
- Send a test email through the system. Verify SPF/DKIM/DMARC pass.
- Book a test appointment. Verify reminder cascade fires correctly at proper intervals.
- Process a test payment. Verify funds and CRM both update.
Only after all tests pass does the firm go live. Most firms don’t realize the verification step is necessary because their first hint that something’s broken is a customer complaint weeks later.
